Problem

The booking section - with 2,000,000 regular users - needed to be optimised. This required an agile project manager and product owner with experience in sophisticated crowd testing.

Testing of the changes through extensive technical as well as UX testing. Consistent validation of the results before go-live.

Thanks to the successful UX tests, AIDA was able to achieve significant increases in sales after just a few weeks.
